Paladin Healthcare®, LLC is the second generation of the Fairfield Medical Equipment Management Rail System invented in 1968 by Ernst F. Schindele. Ernst and his team collaborated with healthcare professionals to understand and optimize clinical spaces. Together, they established best practices for designing clinical environments.
